Professional equality for all employees has always been a major issue for DASSAULT FALCON SERVICE. In particular through a company-wide agreement on gender equality, the company has undertaken to ensure that no employee suffers any discrimination for reason of gender. DFS has therefore implemented concrete actions in various aspects: external and internal communications, employment, career development, work-life balance and gender equality promotion by the personnel representatives’ organizations.
