Jean-François, Cyril and Medhi may remember their November 2014 trip to the far east for a long time.

As a matter of fact, in an unusual reach beyond its usual playing field, DFS has sent a team of three people to Mumbai, the gigantic and vibrant economic capital of western India, to perform various tasks on 3 different Falcon 2000 aircraft based there.

Their mission included interior works in one aircraft and mechanical/electrical tasks on the other two. Our three DFS technicians faced various unexpected issues, as always in India, but managed to solve them through local ressources.

This success was made possible through the strong and constant support of Aadil, the Dassault Customer Service Manager based in Delhi, who assisted our DFS team during the whole mission. 

Together, this young team has brilliantly illustrated the Falcon Support motto "Whatever it takes" !
