Dassault Falcon Service (DFS) is now an integral part of the new organization of Dassault Aviation’s MRO network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia/Pacific. With TAG Maintenance Service (TMS) and the Falcon segment of Execujet MRO Services acquired in 2020, the manufacturer offers a single-point-of-contact for Falcon customers and a wider choice of MRO solutions, locations and schedules.

This new sales force, led by Thierry Salaün, facilitates the search for C check venues and allows operators to tap into a wider range of options, relying on the expertise of not only DFS Le Bourget and Bordeaux-Mérignac, but also TMS Geneva and Farnborough, and ExecuJet in Dubai, Lanseria and Kuala Lumpur. It also provides more information on the availability of modifications and cabin, avionics and other upgrade solutions across the product support network.

The new organization will also have responsibility for coordinating non-Falcon aircraft MRO sales throughout the TMS network.

The consolidation of this extensive network ensures maximum choice and flexibility, a standardized level of service and an even better customer experience for Falcon operators worldwide.
